Seeking full time legal assistant for a growing, boutique Workers’ Compensation defense firm in Glendale, CA, with a casual, but diligent work atmosphere and manageable caseloads. We encourage a strong work life balance and flexible schedules.
Time management, organization, analytic capabilities, multi-tasking abilities, writing skills, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Tasks may include collecting and organizing legal documents, drafting correspondence and legal documents, communication with clients, scheduling meetings and depositions, managing claim documents and files, and providing general administrative assistance.
High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience as a legal assistant or administrative assistant is preferred. Prior Workers’ Compensation experience is helpful, but not required.
Current position available is a full time, 40 hours per week position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
